Need to brush up on French or Mandarin as part of your job? We’ll arrange lessons, during office hours (croissants not included). We’ll give you the opportunity to train for professional qualifications, while providing training courses and development programmes that help you hone the skills necessary to do your job better – from presenting and communicating to becoming a more effective manager.
Tailored development plan
We’ll tailor your 13-week induction plan carefully to your specific role, so as well as learning about our brand strategies and objectives you’ll understand just how you fit in to our big plans. You’ll also spend a day in one of our retail stores to better understand what makes our consumers tick. Oh, and you’ll get the opportunity to make your own swimming costume too. Bonus!
